Welcome to BrickSellerHub ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website at bricksellerhub.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
BrickSellerHub is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of LEGO and BrickLink stores and inventory. We do not buy, sell, or hold any inventory ourselves.
To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.
Sellers may list LEGO inventory and stores for sale on the Platform. All listings are subject to review and approval by our team before they become publicly visible. We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing at our sole discretion.
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including descriptions, images, inventory data, and pricing. Misrepresenting the contents or condition of a listing is strictly prohibited.
BrickSellerHub does not charge listing fees or transaction fees. The Platform is free to use for both buyers and sellers.
Buyers may browse listings, contact sellers, and make offers through the Platform. All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. BrickSellerHub is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee or facilitate payments, shipping, or delivery.
By making an offer, you represent that you have the intention and means to complete the purchase if your offer is accepted.
The Platform provides an internal messaging system. You agree not to share personal contact information (email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses) through the messaging system until both parties have agreed to proceed with a transaction.
Messages that violate this policy may be blocked, and repeat offenders may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BrickSellerHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
LEGO, BrickLink, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners. BrickSellerHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the LEGO Group or BrickLink.
By posting content (listings, images, messages) on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the operation of the Platform. You retain all rights to your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not infringe on any third party's rights or violate any applicable laws.

BrickSellerHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickSellerHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We are not responsible for any disputes between buyers and sellers, including issues related to payment, shipping, item condition, or delivery.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
