43.5K euro+ for a Specialty Retired Used/Sealed Sets + Minifigs (mostly SW) Store! Some Parts, 100 kilos Bulk

Hello! I'm Selling my Bricklink/Brickowl store (EU/Bulgaria based)

Quick breakdown of what's included:
1. ~850+ sets - (53 000 eur avg BL price; - 507 used - 31 000 euro avg price, 350 sealed = 22 000 avg price) - looking for offer as % of average price (we sell at 10-30% above average) - looking for 35 000 euro or ~65% of average BL sold price
2. ~1800+ minifigs (8 900 eur avg BL price - 700 sw, 220 njo, 110sh 80 cas, 70pi, 60 col, 30 hp, 80 min + others, we sell at 20-40% above average) - looking for 5 000 euro
3. ~65000 parts (5 300 eur avg BL price, we sell at 30% above average) - looking for 30% of the average price = 1600 euro
4. ~80-120kg bulk (lots of minifig parts, big part of the bulk is already partially sorted) - looking for 12 eur/kg = so between ~960-1500 euro, exact weight to be measured soon
5**. ~96 LIDL organizers - Looking for ~6 euro per piece = 600 euro
6. ~250-300 more sets checked/still incomplete (with wanted lists/to be completed) - 55% of average BL sold price for checked with wanted lists, 65% of average for completed sets - total price to be discussed
7. ~250 incomplete figs (figs that are worth completing - with wanted lists) - 40% of average BL sold price for checked with wanted lists, 65% of average for complete figs - total price to be discussed

The uploaded .BSX file is using our current prices, but we have used average 6 months sold prices in the list above.

Biggest part of the shop is Star Wars - sets (retired used complete or sealed) + retired figs. Very few recently retired sets.

Current plan is to complete the already checked sets and do a full inventory check before sending an exact brickstore file, so an offer can be finalized. But if someone is very interested, i can sell as is - please breakdown your offer by items 1 through 5.

I'm looking to make a list of interested EU/UK sellers mostly, as shipping would be easiest/cheapest. Container for worldwide shipping would also be possible.
Palleted shipping is possible - we can help organize it, expecting it to be around 1500 euro (+/- a few hundred), but most practical/cheapest would be to pick them up with a small truck.

You're welcome to come and visit/have a look at everything at our retail shop prior to the sale, once we have a principal agreement.

Most of our prices are quite reasonable - we sell 10-15% of our total inventory per month on average, doing ~7-12k euro in sales per month, averaging around 8.5-9k turnover euro per month.

I think that if we agree on a price on the sets+minifigs, the rest is "spare change". We have been selling for 5 years, with our oldest listed item being less than 2 years old - everything is selling.
